Joints is the area where ends of bones meet together and helps your body movements. Joints includes; knees, shoulders, fingers, elbows.Joint pain is the inflammation rising in any joint of the body. It can range from being mild; lasting few weeks to chronic,lasting for months or may be lifetime.
What causes Achy Joints:
1. Hyperthyroidism-

Osteoarthritis is the cause of these joint damages. OA can affect any joint in the body(knee,hips, spine). The symptoms can develop slowly and even gets worse over time.
4. Fibromyalgia-
A long term disorder that causes pain throughout the body. People suffering from fibromyalgia also experience joint pain, muscles pain, muscle stiffness, fatigue, depression & anxiety.
It can affect any body part but some areas like arms, neck, upper shoulders, thighs are more likely to be painful. Studies have shown that fibromyalgia is more common in women compared to men between the ages 25 to 50.
5. Spondyloarthritis-
An inflammation that affects your joints & enthesis is termed as spondyloarthritis .It primarily affects the spine and secondarily affects digestive tract, hands & feet joint and even cause eye inflammation.
